When do courses start and end?

Delegates or course participants need to arrive 30mins before the start of their course. Start times vary, depending on the course – you will be advised of the exact time in your registration instructions. In the first half-hour, you’ll register and get a chance to meet your fellow delegates over coffee and biscuits. Courses start at 9.30am - 10am – again, your course information pack will detail exact timings. Lunch is provided with all our courses – there is usually a one hour lunch break for full day courses scheduled between 12.00 noon and 2.00pm. Refreshments are served throughout the day. Courses usually finish between 4.00pm to 7.00pm.

How many people are there on a course?

We strictly limit delegate numbers to ensure each delegate receives the best training experience possible, but it does vary course to course. The group size ranges from 3 to 15, and on an average of 8 people. The maximum number of people allowed to attend a course varies. Most courses have a maximum of 15, but some courses like Train the Trainer or Professional Presentation Skills have smaller class sizes. If you'd like to know how many people are attending your particular course, just ask.

What is the dress code?

There is no dress code for Peksig courses. Our courses are designed to be fun and relaxing as well as giving you the best possible training experience possible. Most people who attend our courses feel most comfortable in smart casual clothing. 

Is lunch provided?

Yes, we provide lunch inclusive with all our in houses courses. Every course will be provided with one of 2 options:

• A visit to a local restaurant
• A buffet lunch at the course venue.

On every course you'll find an option to request more information about running it in-house. Once you've filled it in, a member of our team will contact you to discuss your requirements. What sort of course do I need?

We offer a wide range of options, from personal development courses, business courses, work related courses to bespoke training programmes. If you are in doubt about the sort courses that will best suit your needs or want more guidance, our learning advisor will be happy to help. They'll listen to your requirements and then give you expert advice on the approach they think will be best to your needs.

Who delivers your courses?

All of our courses are delivered by a team of highly qualified, experienced and specialist trainers. We use a stringent selection process to make sure we get only engaging and expert trainers.

What payment methods do you accept?

We are flexible about methods of payment and are more than happy to discuss with you a suitable payment plan and structure. We accept cash, Paypal and cheques payment provided the amount paid has cleared prior to the start date of the course. 

Please note that if we have not received cleared funds by the start date we reserve the right to refuse admission, and that booking a course with us means you accept our terms & conditions.

Is your training accessible to people with disabilities?

Absolutely!  Our training venues and website are fully accessible. If you have a particular need, like large print training materials, just let us know when you book and we'll do our very best to meet it. As long as we have some notice, either in writing or by phoning in advance on 02920026502, we can accommodate nearly any requirement.
